Please notice that as required by Italian law we ask all our guests to show, at the check-in, a valid ID or Passport.
At your arrival we will have to collect the city tax by cash on behalf of the Municipality of Verona: €3.50 per day (€2.80 reduced rate for ages 14 to 17).
For security reasons, please note the presence of a video surveillance system active only in the common areas of the accommodation.

The quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Parties/events are not permitted. The property is not available for hen/stag parties or similar events.
You may not admit more people than those for whom you have booked and registered upon arrival. In the event of groups or people other than those registered, you agree to leave the apartment without refund and accept the payment of an extra penalty of €500.00.
The property does not accept pets.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. In the event of a violation of this rule, the guest agrees to pay restoration costs of €300.
